Fedora Core 4 nVidia driver problem

I just installed fedora core 4 (actually upgraded from existing FC 1).

I wanted to install nVidia's graphic card driver for my TNT2 graphic card, but I couldn't. All versions that I downloaded )7667 7664 and 6629) failed.

I attached log file created during installation. It seems that TNT2 graphic is not supported in 76xx versions, but message during installation stated that driver will be installed but it will ignore GPU.

First it tries to download kernel interface to match my kernel (and it's 2.6.11-1.1368 plus 1FC4), finds no match, then it tries to compile one matching my kernel. After bar graph goes to 100% it stops with an error as can be seen in attached log file.

I have working FC 1 system on the same box, so it is not hardware related.
