Firewall security: Problems with simple Samba file share 3615DVD writing corruption DMA problem 2GB limit problem On Sun, 08 May 2005 14:43:35 +0000, blueman I've had a similar but not identical problem. I have a rather new HP pavilion a720n with a combo dvd writer cd writer, and a separate Cd...
Yes, you did. That's what's so strange, as there are of course attacks from China. I buttume, that SSH (as any other piece of software) might have bugs and that some of them can be remotely exploited. I further buttume, that not all of them are known yet and that some might only be known by bad guys. Possibly, because somewhere the attack will be used for the first time. Sure. It's as logical as saying that successful attacks aren't successful. Ok. You fail to understand though, that it doesn't matter what daemon we use as an example. All remotely connectable daemons are equal. It just doesn't matter how the bug manifests itself. No, it is not. Cryptography doesn't matter. Fine. Doesn't matter though. Sure there is. No, that's not what I said. And if you don't get it: Your problem. Yes. However long. Sometimes quite short. Again: Epidemic doesn't matter. I don't care if other servers get "infected" by an exploit. I just care about my servers. No, I did not. Yes, of course not. Everybody besides you is too stupid. Are you at that plot again? Fine. Nobody ever said something to that respect. Me. But that's not what you asked or said above. Yes. I don't get your nonesense. Yeah, right, you're Mr. Know-It-All. How could I be so foolish to buttume that there's just something that you don't know. Cryptography doesn't matter. Wrong. No, you would not. No, it proves that you don't understand what we're talking about.
Yes. I am indeed confused by your ignorance. Correct. Firewall security: Problems with simple Samba file share 3616 Well, I was arguing using probability, not expectation (risk), but "yes". Probability is risk "without taking into account a varying damage estimate". And yes... Alexander Skwar -- It is easier to write an incorrect program than understand a correct one.
