I do not know what other people get with their machines, but top reveals the following for mine:

Gives you an idea how busy Linux can keep the processors when it really tries. Right now, it is mostly running setiathome, proteinfolding, and climateprediction at nice 19.

I do not require sealing to keep dust out, since the sum of all the intake fans slightly exceeds the sum of all the exhaust fans (based on rated flow rates), so there is a positive pressure inside the system. Thus all the leaks blow out. The dust enters the system only through the intake fans, all but two of which are filtered, but not with HEPA filters.
