Dear all,

That was very interesting as an idea. Indeed, if you take the list of all descriptions of irrationals (use alphabetic-dictionary ordering), then you can construct a new description of an irrational which does...

I got 3 disks emulated from a areca sata raid controler : -dev-sda : 10 Go -dev-sdb : 10 Go -dev-sdc : 2.5 To

dev-sdc is a disk with a EFI GPT kind of parbreastionning system but I think there no EFI shell. This is just a way Windows use to deal with more than 2 To parbreastion.

Will that get them all? What comes after "3" and which one is that? That forgets that he has all of time to count them...

Ondev-sdc I now have 3 parbreastions (4 in reality if I count the first msres parbreastion created to deal with those kind of disk). The first one is 5 Go NTFS, the second one 15 Go ext3 with a debian Sarge OS and the third one is 2.5 To ext3 for data.

I'd like do be able to boot the debian Sarge system (-dev-sdc3), installing the stage one booting system ondev-sda.

I always got kind of 2nd stage booting problem. Grub doesn't work at all even using an additionnal disk (-dev-sdd) with a debian Sarge system on a 10 Go ext3 parbreastion at the beginning of this disk. lilo succeed but doesn't work since I try to boot on the EFI GPT parbreastionned disk instead of the additionnal disk.

What are your advices ? Where does this problem come from ? LBA, CHS adressing problem ? Which list should I write to ?

Regards, EG
