I don't understand what you are saying. I have pointed out to you why it should be obvious to you that you should not work as root. Your response should be either "Oh, I see, or a logical argument of some kind. Maybe along the lines of "but it is not obvious to me that I should not carry a stick of dynamite around BECAUSE ...".

Is it not clear to you in some way why not working as root SHOULD be obvious to you? Let's posit an argument: sure, "I" know that being all-powerful tends to be a mite dangerous for the environment, but until now I just took it for granted that there was nothing wrong with blowing up the neighbourhod every so often. It never occurred to me that I could be nice to the neighbours just by deliberately NOT being so all-durned-powerful all the time. I dunno why.
