I run a Debian-Sarge box that is permanently connected to the internet via DSL through execulink.com. I have registered a domain...

On Thu, 8 Sep 2005 16:19:01 UTC, "peanutwhistle" Thanks for doing that. Judging from the number of responses to the question, nobody else knew how to use Kaddressbook either. One wonders how they have been using the program and what they have been able to get out of it. So he knows this. Washing dishes is not my preferred activity, but I know I have to do it if I want to eat, which is my preferred activity. English translation: "Don't care if it gets done or not". Nobody can write it without input from him. If he wants to write something informative, I will volunteer to edit it, correct the English (although his English seems rather good), and add whatever occurs to me to add. Nobody is going to write it for him unaided and do a creditable job of it just to take him off the hook. It is an illusion especially prevalent in the Linux community that software with inadequate documentation is usable. The docs of Kaddressbook are replete with helpful descriptions like "The personal details page is where you can enter your personal details." (That's a paraphrase, because I don't have it in front of me.) -- Stan Goodman Qiryat Tiv'on Israel
