I have Knoppix 3.8 installed, though I had to tweak around for special buttons and 3D graphics accelration and AGP mode 4. I recently have upgraded to kernel version 2.6.12 which gave me some noticable performance imrovements in running and loading interactive apps. I have not attempted to try any WiFi and, or wireless networing, but I think there is a lot of support is available for prism54 and even RTL based cards, there is a well known issue -- that chaina made prism54 based cards have problems with Linux drivers. I for one would prefer purchasing one which is already a tryied and, or tested one by a few at least.
