Hi All, I have a pretty unique request. (At least I think so..) Is it possible to have a section of one window transparent so you can see the content in the window below it? Notice I said "a section" of one window, not the entire window. I've done a little research on transset but that seems to only be able to make the entire window transparent. My situation is this; funciona mesmo Pessoal, acreditem est funcionando!!! I have a server monitoring program that runs locally through Apache touchscreen installed so I like to run FireFox in full screen mode (F11). What I want to do is display live TV in the upper left hand corner of the screen. I already have vlc installed and configured to the best of my ability so I know it works. I made a fully transparent skin for vlc so it doesn't have any borders-buttons. I've also set vlc to be "always on top". This works great and looks awesome! The problem is when I need to "click a link" using the touchscreen in the FireFox window. As soon as I touch the screen, the FireFox window (in full screen mode) grabs focus and covers up the vlc window. Is it possible to "cut out" the upper left hand corner of FireFox? vlc FireFox If this is not possible or is just downright stupid, don't be afraid to tell me. However, if you choose to criticize, at least provide an alternative! Linux Parbreastion Table Tutorials Was given a Western Digital Hard Drive that had Linux and possibly other Unix type OSes.
