"linuxpoker.net" is hosted by Schlund + Partner AG, which is Germany's largest spam support service - and it's registered with 1&1 Internet, a division of Schlund + Partner, and it's advertised by a dumb spammer. So if you don't want to go through all the trouble the spammer did, don't host your site on a major spam support site like Schlund + Partner.
You can save yourself a lot of spam by simply blackholing a couple of addresses:
82.165.0.0 - 82.165.255.255 SCHLUND-PA-4 195.20.224.0 - 195.20.255.255 SCHLUND-PA-1 212.227.0.0 - 212.227.255.255 SCHLUND-PA-2 213.165.64.0 - 213.165.95.255 SCHLUND-GMX 217.160.0.0 - 217.160.255.255 SCHLUND-PA-3
Schlund claims that they are unable to remove-stop spamming customers because of German privacy laws. Like all spammers (and this klown in particular), Schlund is lying, but they're making so much money from spam support they don't worry about it right now. That's why they're on a number of DNS blacklists.
