I can't help noticing that all of the caucasians were evacuated before the storm. Unlike the negroes who were herded into a sports centre??? Meanwhile the old French quarter is largely intact. The reason that there are no reports of caucasians doing the looting-rape-liquidate thing is that there are virtually none left in the city. In addition all such stories are usually suppressed. I should point out that there have been documented reports of caucasians looting, but they were police. Do you think that doesn't count because they are caucasian or police?

It's called the breakdown of law, order and society. It happens when a major disaster occurs. The inability of the government to cope with the disaster and restore law and order is a telling sign of its inability.
