Hi CutAcrossShorty, God... I Lo-o-o-o-o-ove my housemates !

Today Mike1 gave me a DVD full to the brim with MP3s, including 14 ModestMouse and 7 JohnnyCash albums, ( some of which are only sold abroad ). He used to work at a record store called, appropriately, PirateRecords in Alaska.

I'll get the other 20 gigs of MP3s from him after my new DVD+-RW DL arrives. I paid 57 bucks for it, after shipping. DoubleLayer DVD's hold 8.5 gigs. Now I can get copies of the films Craig ( another housemate ) is making ( I'm in one of them... he has a MacG4 ).

The DVD recorder will be my FatPipe to local artists.

Then, after that, Mike2 waltzes in and gives me 24 oz of wine, ...just like that... and then waltzes out again.

By the way, I'm not at all gay, but both of those Mikes are Ultra good looking. One is in a local band the other has a very pregnant girlfriend.

Live in a spacious mansion all by myself ? No f***ing thanks. I'll take the rooming house scenario any day.
