E) (optional) your Federal congress critters. This *always* gets their attention. Virtually NOTHING else does. That is, all other avenues of communication are like trying to talk to the Heche -- you are trying to comminucation with people beyond the blue event horizon of a black hole. The message goes in but *nothing* ever comes out. Over the years I've had various issues with Verizon -- disfunctional phone service, always because of *their* totaly crappy and disfunctional so-called network. "Can you hear me now? Nope, not here in Western Mbutt." The above procedure has always gotten things functional -- nothing else does.
