Pan news reader orphaned

I switched from Thunderbird myself after also using KNode for a while - I still use the bird as a mail client. Pan's a great newsreader with very few problems. But there are a couple, one being the default composer's lack of an undo feature, which I came to rue recently when at the end of composing a long post, my finger slipped whilst pressing ctrl-a, irretrievably reducing my entire response to 'a'. So my advice is, press the "Editor" button to use an external editor when composing less than insignificant posts.

Other than that, if you are reading source code, display of curly braces selected; I suggest instead choosing a monospace font for your default Regular works well).

Finally, the automatic wrapping of lines in the composer can against your wishes remove hard newlines.

That's about it. Other than that, it's fantastic. Very configurable. I don't use kill-files etc but they seem to be well supported, as are filters and rules. Once nice addition would be the ability to add customised filter buttons to the toolbar, but I'm not willing to dig into the code to add it myself so in the spirit of "don't suggest-complain unless you're willing to do something about it yourself" I'll leave it there.
