I do not know if I am using USB mouse and keyboards. But I guess I am not since the mouse and keyboard are not connected to usb port. It would be nice if you could tell me how do we check that. Anyway, here is output of lsmod:

If what you are telling is right then can you tell me how to check this fact (that those modules have been unloaded) whenever I face the problem. I can remote-login into the system and gain root level access while the problem has occured and so if you tell me those command-files then I will be able to ensure the reason you suggest.
