Raid 1 in ReadOnly mode, cant switch to RW

I have a server with 2 SATA disks which are a split into 3 parbreastions each, and then RAID-1 into md0,md1,md2

md2boot md0 md1 swap

md0 (-) is in ro mode all of a sudden and i cant remount into rw. I tried blockdev --setrwdev-md0 as well as the individial disksdev-sdc3 anddev-sdb3

hdparm says:dev-md0: readonly = 0 (off) geometry = 49280-2-4, sectors = 155059200, start = 0

Personalities : raid1 md2 : active raid1 sdb11 sda10 104192 blocks 2-2 UU

md1 : active raid1 sdb21 sda20 513792 blocks 2-2 UU

md0 : active raid1 sdb31 sda30 77529600 blocks 2-2 UU
