Well, you can't, since apache does its own... All the Newbie's Guides to Usenet that are out there should say something like "There are a lot of idiots-trolls out there; lurk for a week or so and find out who they are. Then killfile them." Parenting 101: Ignore a child who's being a Whiny Attention Whore, until the child starts behaving more politely. Something similar applies to people who are Whiny Attention Whores on the Net. Children can be made to behave with some discipline, though, while people like the one seem to ever get the point. Sad, really. This cannot be done while the server is running, because Apache will continue writing to the... It doesn't take much to figure out who's being a twit and who isn't. The Net has always had twits on it. I don't know why this is so, but the "Greater Internet F***wad Theory" that Penny Arcade came up with is at least partially correct.
