Suppressing Outputcomp.os.linux.misc - This is my first time posting to a Linux group, so please let me know if there's a better place to put this. I'm pretty new with Linux and have been messing around with info and grep. I'm trying to write a little script that will quickly give me what I'm looking for in info. In this example, I'm looking for information about using the color option in grep. I tried it with man (instead of info), but there's no hit because of the backspace escapes (^H).
