If you're not using Linux as a new mutation of the television (if the Internet isn't a virtual shopping mall for you) then I am sure 1.2, with a little tweaking, would work fine.

I'm with you there. Got a stripped down and dated Debian here, with screen for my working window manager...

Don't know if your libC can provide what the above app needs to compile and run, though.
