Yes, but, you are running from cd. Kinda hard to install programs onto your cd.

Yes, it is also kinda hard to know the linux program name for a Micro$not name since Bill boy would sue if the names were the same.

Bryan Heit Well, sort of. I believe all pointers these days, on 32-bit machines, are 32 bits. But they can only address 2^32 bytes, so if your array is of double-precision numbers...

Commands given in a debian distro maynot work in Knoppix.

An example about what you read is like Mandrake is a spinoff of Redhat whos name was changed to Mandriva. Yes I have installed Redhat programs into Mandriva. No it did not work. They are named different because they are different.

Kinda like running your win 3.1 games on win98. :(
