Windows fails the EASE of USE BADLY!!! 2801
On Wed, 25 May 2005 17:04:56 -0700, Captain Dondo Or, you can just right-click drag the My Computer icon and choose "Create Shortcut" (or ctrl-left-click drag) as any normal...

I just *love* that long string of nonsense.... No, I'm not making this up.... Look it up in the KB article quoted. MS posts that with a straight face! I'd be embarbutted to have my name on something so hackish...

And what if I want to start Explorer in some other view? How do I do that? I'd like to have my default set to e:-bin , which is where I put all of my stuff... Anyone want to guess at the string I'd have to put in there?

And this is easier than a file manager in linux exactly how?

Intuitive enough for Mr. Strunk? Really easy for those Windows newbies...

Question for the crowd: How is the uninitiated supposed to *come up* with that? Or do you just wait for those golden crumbs to fall from the lips of Bill?
