Have you read my post? The one which Floyd Davidson opted to launch a considerable personal attack filled with name calling? You know, the post which started this flamewar? Here, I'll help you out by pasting it here.

Isn't it possible to throttle up the CPU fan speed? I was starting to believe that indeed it was possible to achieve everything with linux.

Tell me precisely where I'm being "stupid" or "a jerk". Tell me, please, what in that message deserves a retarded flamewar.

Please cite a couple of them.

Please read the post. I don't believe that nice guys start their posts by claiming repeatedly that the person they are talking to is stupid. For example, were you being a nice guy when you wrote this post?

Please point me out were in fact I was being a jerk when I stated that possibly not everything could be done with linux. Please point it out.

And after you do so, please explain to me why claiming that possibly there could be something that couldn't be done in linux is being rude but launching repeated personal attacks isn't. Explain to me that while launching unprovoked attacks is being "a nice guy" but claiming that there could be something that couldn't be done in linux is being a jerk.
