Audio CDs do not have filesystems on them and cannot be mounted without kernel patches which you don't have applied. OTOH, you can probably use the audiocd: KIOslave to rip tracks from an audio CD in a pointy-clicky way if you want. That means "open a Konq window, type audiocd: into the address bar when there's an audio CD in the drive".

NOTE: "boot" has a specific meaning and should not be used to describe the process of mounting a filesystem and looking at it. Anyway, konqueror is a file manager, and browsing directories and opening apps that do stuff to files is what file managers are supposed to do.

Has the DVD been mounted? Do you have an automounter running? Hmm, there's no ebuild for Lsongs, although I found it on sourceforge....
