That means that Firefox doesn't have the Flash player installed. Go to the Macromedia site and download the plugin (or there may be one at your distro's archives.) Once that is installed, the movie should play as soon as Firefox loads it. A Flash player is part of Windows, but it isn't GPL, so it won't be part of a download distro. Even then, it doesn't work for me. I think that it has to be embedded in a Web page.

That at least gave me a temporary gray patch in the corner of my browser. It probably needs a reference to the .xml file.
And so on and on...
I think that you would be better off viewing it at its original location. To get this far, I had to have a Web server available; it won't run just from your drive.
