glibc returns undefined reference _rtld_global_ro

Hi, Im trying to install glibc 2.3.4 on my redhat 9 distro, but glibc does not compile, it returns an undefined reference to rtldglobalro error message, the output is shown below, please help. (im trying to build lfs 6.1.1 system, the problem occurs at while trying to install glibc 2.3.4(pbutt 1) in chap 5.6).
