The router should tell you its internet address as far as the outside world is concerned, and should allow incoming ssh traffic to be directed to your respective boxes. The host.allow files reflect the outside-visible IP addresses. If you do this, I strongly urge you to restrict the hosts.allow as much as possible. There are endless yahoos out there who try to hack into anything with an open port 22. Before I restricted the hosts that could try, it was interesting to see what login names they would try ("guest" was a common one, for instance). They never got past the login attempts, but I learned to not even let them try. I disagree. Routers are useful devices.
