Actually, ies4linux will download and install a version of Explorer for you if you need it to test webpages to see how badly it renders your CSS scheme compared to every other browser. Explorer does run on Linux.

For what it's worth, you (the OP) dont sound willing to switch to Linux yet. I myself switched years ago (around 1999) and still dual boot for Windows games. I dont use MS Office or any product on Windows except games, and that may change if I get EVE Online running on my Linux box, which I hear works perfectly with Cedega.
